Our Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Blades (sharpened or used)
  • Diving logbooks with personal entries
  • Logbook refills that have been written in
  • Open heel fins that show signs of wear
  • Snorkel sets that have been used in water

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your diving equipment:

  2. Pack your item securely in the original packaging
  3. Include your order number and reason for return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we approve your return
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or product:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original

For faster service, you may place a new order and return the original item separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your diving equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
