Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your diving equipment arrives safely and promptly.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

- Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over £50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes equipment needs to be returned or exchanged. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward as your pre-dive checklist.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and tags must be present
- You must include the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Blades (sharpened or used)
- Diving logbooks with personal entries
- Logbook refills that have been written in
- Open heel fins showing signs of wear
- Snorkel sets that have been used in water
How to Return an Item
Returning your diving equipment is as easy as checking your regulator before a dive:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return request
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging
- Include your order number and reason for return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we approve your return
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or product:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
For faster service, you may place a new order and return the original item separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your diving equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
